TransFlower does not store any logs about its users. However, we need to keep some information about the users:
User's email address – to send the latest TransFlower news and to retrieve a lost password.
Username – necessary to make a VPN connection.
Payment information – we store transaction ID, or order ID, in case of a refund request.
All this information can be deleted upon account removal. If you wish to do so, you should contact our customer support team.
